Helping Everyone Enjoy A Safe And Respectful Camping Experience

Silver Springs Campground is a family-friendly destination, and our guidelines are in place to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all guests. We ask that everyone follows these policies throughout their stay so the campground remains welcoming and comfortable for families of all ages.

Management reserves the right to enforce all rules and regulations. Guests who do not follow campground policies may be asked to leave without refund.

Quiet Hours & Curfew


To ensure a peaceful environment for all campers, quiet hours and curfews are strictly enforced.

  • Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM
    All radios, televisions, and outdoor noise must be turned off during quiet hours.
  • Curfew: 10:00 PM
    Children must be back at their campsite by curfew and remain there during quiet hours.

Children & Supervision


For safety reasons, children must be supervised in shared areas throughout the campground.

  • Small children must be accompanied by an adult when visiting the pool, beach, restrooms, playgrounds, and office
  • Playground equipment closes at dusk
  • Swimming in the pond is permitted from 9:00 AM until dusk

Bicycles, Carts & Motorized Items


To keep the campground safe, the following rules apply to bikes and vehicles:

  • No bikes, skateboards, rollerblades, or golf carts after dark or on sidewalks
  • Mechanically powered bikes, scooters, and hoverboards are permitted but must follow the 5 MPH speed limit and be parked at dusk
  • Only road-licensed vehicles driven to the campground and electric golf carts are permitted
  • Mopeds, mini bikes, UTVs, ATVs, go-carts, three-wheelers, and similar vehicles are not allowed

Guests bringing their own electric golf cart must:

  • Register the cart at the office
  • Show proof of insurance
  • Pay a $25 cart fee
  • Follow all golf cart rules (no amplified music allowed)

Speed Limit & Safety


  • A 5 MPH speed limit is enforced throughout the campground
  • Shoes must be worn in the office, restrooms, and game room
  • Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their children at all times

Site Care & Property Respect


We ask all guests to respect the campground and their neighbors.

  • Do not walk through other campsites — please use roadways and paths
  • Treat campground property and the property of others with care
  • Any damage to campground or guest property will result in liability
  • Do not nail or screw items into trees or damage trees in any way
  • Moving or damaging fire rings is subject to a $100 fine

Please clean your campsite and fire pit area before departure, including removing:

  • Trash and garbage
  • Nut shells
  • Cigarette butts

All trash must be taken to designated dumpsters. Burning trash is not permitted.

Noise, Conduct & Etiquette


Silver Springs Campground values a relaxed and respectful atmosphere.

  • Loud or amplified music is not allowed at any time
  • Music, voices, and laughter must remain within the four corners of your campsite
  • Please use family-friendly language at all times
  • Inappropriate behavior or language will not be tolerated

Prohibited Items & Activities


For the safety and comfort of all guests, the following are not permitted at any time:

  • Firearms or weapons of any kind
  • Water balloons
  • Air horns
  • Drones
  • Fireworks

Management Discretion


Management has full discretion to enforce campground rules and policies. Guests who are asked to leave due to violations will not receive a refund.
