Our unique location of 170 acres has a natural spring-fed pond that delivers crisp water for swimming, water toy attractions, great fishing, and canoeing and paddle boating. This spring-fed pond is a unique feature of our campground and allows us to offer amenities that you can not find at other campgrounds.

40 years go by so fast! In May of 1969, my parents opened Silver Springs Campsites for business with just 100 campsites. The second year we built a swimming pool and made the lake larger. In 1978, I began running the campground for my father and by 1987 I was a 2nd generation owner. We really wanted to make this a great place for your family to spend a vacation, and have continued to update and remodel the campground to fit the growing needs of modern day campers.

We have since updated the electrical to accommodate the ever growing size of luxury campers, added a larger pool, camping cabins, and have rebuilt the general store and office. Who would have thought 40 years ago that we would need WIFI and an ATM machine as a necessity to every day life?
